| As some of you may know i have been working on this car for quite a while now. I am starting my winter plans again to move further towards my goal of a finished car. Here is a link to the original build. The car has been stored for a couple months now. I put it away a little early due to the bald tires and me buying a new car. It has an oil leak that needs fixing and i have some plans for it over the winter. Got some new parts New throttle cable, bump stops, and the o-rings to fix the oil leak at the oil filter housing. I also got a new front end. Notice how small the bumper support is, it lets the bumper be much thinner. Just set the CF hood on it to see what will have to change, i will have to add quite a bit in the front and maybe change the body line. I also still have a pair of N15 fenders and side skirts that will go on. Once i get the oil leak fixed i will mach everything up. Other things to come: Finish audio install, i have some more ideas which might change some things around. Re-do interior again with better material. Clean some things up under the hood and take care of some wiring. Other than that just little things here and there to help finish it off. I think paint will have to wait so i am not sure if i will leave the front end on in multi-color or just spray it with a sealer to make it at least one color. | |

Ebay, Link They have lots of S chassis items and some R chassis as well. Not much for N chassis'. They do have a VE listed with a CVT transmission and axles.

| $189 ship freight to my work. Packaging was perfect and nothing was damaged at all. I know for something like that it would cost us $150ish to ship that from our work with our carrier. | |

| That's pretty cool! What kind of car is that off of? That little bar on the front bumper is different. Get this thing on and get the car painted. Woot woot!! | |

| N15 Pulsar Serie is what the auction said. The bumper without the bar is a little different from most that i have seen. I think you could pull of the bar if it was a hatch or wagon but not on a sedan. Once i get it mounted i will see what it looks like with the bar. I want to do some circular fogs in the black area most likely towards the inside. I want to try to get it mounted this weekend just to see how it looks. I will try to straighten out the fender too. | |

| I did a few things today. Fixed the oil leak and started to charge the battery. I want to start it up today and see if there are any leaks. I installed a new shorter throttle cable. And completed my bracket to put the alternator in the rear so i can go to one belt. After i start the car i will pull the PS delete idler pulley and put the alternator in the rear and find a belt to fit. | |

| DJ told me about this, it is a B15 throttle cable. I had to swap the plate that goes on the inside of the car and move the bracket by the throttle body but other than that it is easy to install. | |

I knew someone would ask. It is really easy and its free. I used the stock PS bracket and just cut it back so that the spacing was right. It does sit a bit behind the tensioner bracket but nothing a few washers can not handle. In the pics it is all the way up so i might have to modify something a little or come up with a new tensioner bracket. If i find the right belt it will work without issues but there will not be a whole lot of adjustment. I think i want it all the way up anyway so it does not hit the bump where the K member mounts to on the rail. I also had to cut off a tab on the back of the alternator so that it does not hit the intake manifold. I know Miko Andreas uses a RWD alternator which fits a little better. I will take some pics of the bracket and take some measurements so you know how much to cut off. I just used a small carpenters square to find out how much i needed to take off and used a cut off wheel to notch the bracket.

I mocked up a RWD sr20det alternator bracket for my old B13. Seems to fit o.k. might still need a little moding as I recall. I still got it if anyone is interested.

| I think the positive stud is in a better position as well. What are you looking to get for it? I might pick it up and compare. | |

| Its not suede, suede is not really stretchy enough for what i want it to do. Not sure what it is called. Its just a stretchy cloth, more like grill cloth. | |

| Looking good. What you didnt like the 2 mile long stock throttle cable? LOL I like the dash as well, it gives it an updated look. If i can bring my self to running no ps, i may use your idea and move my alt to the back. Thats a pretty cool idea, without the alternator or ac compressor on the front of the engine you would have alot more room for turbo stuff. | |
