So the time has come to say goodbye. It is 'burnt out' time for us and getting out of doing this for now to take a break from all this stuff.
The cams and valve springs are fubared in the head from our last Road America stint so you have to replace those or the motor (it does NOT currently run and will have to towed away). Replace the engine, interior, register and insure it and drive it in the street if you like!
We will part out eventually if not sold whole but if someone wants it 'as is' right now, the price is $2000 cash.
If anyone wants to take this 'as is' here is what you get:
- Rust free body from California never driven chicago winters
- everything there functions as expected (brakes, radiator, axles, etc.)
- Clean and Normal Illinois Titled and Plated Gutted rolling 5spd shell (was getting ready to cage it but cage builder shut down his business before starting so NOT caged).. still have sunroof and headliner and dash than can get reinstalled/be included.
- ABS removed w/Altima nonAbs Master Cylinder and re-run front brake lines w/Stainless Steel brake lines that replaced the factory rubber ones.
- p11 crossmember w/solid aluminum motor mounts
- custom power steering cooler
- Digital voltmeter
- Oil pressure, oil temp and water temp gauges
- Momo Competition steering wheel w/spacer
- p11 meshies on the car w/street tires
- 5spd LSD manual trans (still on the car)
- Lower control arms w/Superpro bushings
- Custom 1-of-a-kind upper control arms for race purposes
- rear pads are HPS Hawk with rebuilt calipers from 2010 all around
- A/C and airbags long since removed (no airbag light because jumpered)
- SSAC 2.5" to custom exhaust with no Cat so there is a CEL for not having the o2 sensor after the cat that isn't there now. (no smog testing here in Illinois for 1995 and older cars)
I can provide 2 front stock cloth p10 seats but the race seat has been sold already and I'm obviously not going to include the $2000 containment race seat we just got.
It is rolling/sitting on stock p10 suspension right now.
If we part it out, we figure we'd get around $3000 for all the parts but would rather just sell as whole right now if feasible.
