I had asked this about a year ago, on the dash, but I figured I would see if anyone local knows of some more ideas. The old thread is here:

My dad will have his AMX Javelin ready to go in 3-4 weeks, so I am researching painters for him. He has a primer coat on it already, but that is mostly just to seal it and prohibit rust from forming. He will be looking for a full primer, base coat, clear, etc. etc.

I know a number of other local members are also wanting to find someone that is good, so I'm sure this list will also benefit others.

Roman Auto body right off of Hwy 51 in Madison does spectacular work. The owner doesn't cut corners. If you need more info on location, please message me.

My friend jon is a professional painter that also paints at home at his shop. He painted my car and bussinessmans awd nx. He also has restored many show winning model a and model t fords. he just recently did a hot rod for a friends uncle as well. I will see if i can get some pics of his work. He is located in oshkosh, WI.
