| and BusinessMan_24 what do u redline at cause i know mines not at 8200rpm but if thats the case that thats what gtir's spin stock im seting my redline up higher lol right now its at 7700rpm from jwt | |

| IIRC after about 7800 you will start breaking rocker arms, unless you have a built head. | |

| Thats not all that horrible of a price, look at the Honda motors.... fuckin retarded that a naturally aspirated 1.8L would cost that much!
You Nissan guys have it made, super stout motors that are much more reasonably priced | |

| so fellas if i wanted to spin 9 or 10 grand (rpm) what would i have to do exactly cause i kinnda want to spin 10grand with my gtir | |

Its going to be hard to find a turbo setup that will boost all they way to 10K RPMs. Its possible but would not be much of a street setup, there really is no need. Plus the cam, like a C series from JWT, you would have to use would really take away the low end, really bad for a DD or street vehicle. Even with a VE it will take some springs, retainers, and maybe some rockers and most likely some head work to take advantage of it. | |
